I’m Tan Thor Jen (aka TJ) — co-founder and Head of Digital at Wise Wizard Games, where I helped create the Star Realms and Hero Realms app that earned millions of downloads and industry awards. With over 20 years in software and game development, I’ve built everything from AI systems, physical printing systems, award winning Unity games, multiplayer servers hosting thousands of concurrent players, cloud CI pipelines, web content platforms and more. Before developing games, I engineered risk systems in top-tier financial institutions. Now I lead dev teams, integrate generative AI workflows, and help indie studios turn ideas into polished, fun games.

In my spare time, I serve as an adjunct lecturer teaching programming and game dev at Nanyang Polytechnic, Singapore.
